Service and Style
Family-owned BK Promotions focuses on vision, product and people
Located in the young and tight-knit city of New Berlin, Wisconsin, BK Promotions, LLC (BK) prides itself on being the perfect combination of industry experience and youthfulness. At its core, BK (named for Brooklyn, the owner’s young daughter) is an embroidery company, but embroidery only scratches the surface of the company’s offerings. BK, founded in 2019, does screen printing, promotional products, engraving and paper printing, all in conjunction with their art department. There is an artist on staff who designs logos for customers, many of whom are construction or landscape workers, looking for custom branded products.
One would think that with such a wide catalog of available services, the company would rely on a deep out-of-shop network, but the opposite is true with BK Promotions. Paralleling the tight-knit nature of their home base of New Berlin, BK is made up of only three employees, including Owner and President Lorenzo Conigliaro III, his wife and his father. Lorenzo’s father (Lorenzo Jr.) owns a nearby construction company that builds new houses. His experience running a business, as well as his understanding of the construction industry, plays a defining roll in strengthening the younger Lorenzo’s business knowledge. The family-owned business specializes in the aforementioned construction and safety apparel, corporate labeling, school uniform and sports team embroidery, and just about everything in between.
Keeping it In-House
The BK Promotions team is especially proud of their in-house embroidery capabilities, which is a true value-add for their many satisfied customers. Lorenzo, who has 10 years of experience in the screen printing, graphics, promotional products industry, describes BK as “a one-stop shop that doesn’t outsource very much. No project is too big or small. We’ve seen a variety of orders spanning from over 125,000 custom shirts to as small as one shirt.” BK is not limited to corporate and construction jobs. The team also caters to personal projects for people and schools. If you can imagine it, BK Promotions can bring it to life. Some personal projects include custom corn hole sets, coolers, hats, pens and bags. Lorenzo has found that providing high-quality service is their best advertising. In one instance, what started off as a few one-off personal projects for a high school where Lorenzo coached, turned into over five school gigs just from word-of-mouth.
During the time of COVID-19, product demand is changing, so companies must adapt to the shifting landscape. BK is no exception. Lorenzo and his homegrown team have been producing not only customized masks, but social distancing logos and even stress balls.
Customer-First Philosophy
The high-quality products BK Promotions provides are only part of the picture. The customer-first philosophy behind their deliverables sets them far apart from other companies with similar offerings. BK is committed to being a promotional company focused on vision, product, and people. Lorenzo adds, “At BK we are always looking for ways to showcase our capabilities. We will not limit ourselves because our customers deserve the best service and projects available.”
This philosophy is on full display with BK’s in-house production. Lorenzo says, “Due to our size and the fact that we handle virtually every detail in-house, patrons are never passed from one division to another. If there is a production error, my team and I know about it the second it happens, and we’ll make it right.”
From construction apparel, to school projects, to personal passions, BK Promotions has something for any need, whether a one-of-a-kind T-shirt design or professional branding for an entire business. Lorenzo recalls, “We even had world-renowned broadcaster Bob Uecker come in one day looking for a custom logo for his yacht!” Regardless of the size of the job, BK Promotions is ready to turn your vision into reality.
